½ cup toasted slivered almonds for garnishing (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon, honey, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Cover and refrigerate until just prior to serving.
In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, carrot, apples, and raisins. Just prior to serving, toss with yogurt dressing. Serve topped with slivered toasted almonds, if desired.
