Pizza on the BBQ
  • 4 ham steaks
  • 2 precooked, packaged pizza shells with sauce
  • 1 small pineapple, speared and grilled
  • 3-4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  1. Set one side of BBQ burners to approximately 350F and the other to low.
  2. Place one prepared and dressed pizza on top of metal pizza pan.
  3. Cook over low burner with BBQ lid closed for approximately 15-20 minutes.
  4. Rotate once, halfway through cooking time.
  5. Once crust is browned and cheese is melted and bubbling, remove from BBQ and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing with a pizza cutter.
  6. Repeat process with second pizza shell.
