Snowflake Macaroons
  • 2⅔ cup of unsweetened, flaked coconut
  • ⅔ cup organic cane sugar
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  1. In large bowl, combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt. Add in egg white and almond extract and mix until thoroughly blended. Drop by teaspoonful onto parchment lined sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool on wire racks.
